My Blind Is Beautiful Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Rosalyn L. Kennedy. Our mission is to empower individuals who are blind, visually impaired, and living with other disabilities through advocacy, accessibility, inclusion, confidence-building, and personal development.
We are more than an organization—we are a community dedicated to changing perceptions, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities. Through education, outreach, mentorship, and innovative programs, we inspire individuals to recognize their strengths, embrace their purpose, and achieve their fullest potential.
At My Blind Is Beautiful, we believe that every person possesses unique gifts, limitless possibilities, and the ability to thrive. By fostering personal, social, spiritual, educational, and professional growth, we empower individuals to live with confidence, independence, and dignity while transforming the way society views disability.

Our Purpose
My Blind is Beautiful is a community that strives to exceed the expectation of a stigmatic society. Our beauty and uniqueness will redirect the doubtful mindset of society and prove the affirmed ability of the visually impaired, blind and other varied exceptionalities . My B.I.B.’s purpose is to empower individuals of a diverse scope of the optec perspective of the visually impaired. It is our goal to assist in the developmental strategies needed to enhance, pro-create and revive the equivalance of value of the entire human race.

Meet the Founder
Rosalyn L. Kennedy – Founder & President
As the Founder and President of My Blind Is Beautiful Foundation, Rosalyn L. Kennedy is a passionate advocate for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. She provides strategic leadership by overseeing the organization’s vision, operations, fundraising, community engagement, and collaboration with the VISION Board.
A blind/low vision model, entrepreneur, advocate, motivational speaker, educator, and pageant titleholder, Rosalyn is dedicated to challenging misconceptions and reshaping society’s perception of blindness. Through her unwavering commitment to advocacy, inclusion, accessibility, and empowerment, she inspires meaningful change while creating opportunities that elevate the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Recognized for her dynamic leadership and servant’s heart, Rosalyn has become a respected voice within the blindness community. She is committed to empowering others to embrace their abilities, pursue their purpose, and reach their fullest potential.
Rosalyn earned a Master of Science in Management from Warner University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Human Services at Walden University to further strengthen her impact as a nonprofit leader and advocate. She also completed Customer Service Certification training through Corinthian Colleges.
